To do so, we follow a tailor-made recruitment process in order to ensure that both our clients’ needs and the applicants’ interest are honoured.

Epitome’s LTC recruitment process:

• Listing the vacancy: A preliminary meeting with our clients is arranged in order to understand in depth their needs and expectations.
• Job Analysis & Evaluation: We analyse the required tasks, responsibilities and competences for the position and we evaluate the listing based on benchmark.
• Applicant Specification: The perfect candidate is identified with all the characteristics and personality traits that they should carry.
• Shortlisting: We carefully go through our list of applicants and graduates that meet all the pre-defined criteria.
• Client/Applicant Interview: An interview is arranged for our clients with the applicants that are a match to their profile.
• Contract: After a successful selection, a contract is offered to both parties.
• Follow-ups: In order to make sure that both our client and recruits are being taken care of, we conduct regular follow-ups in order to facilitate the process.

Vasilios
Vasilios Butler at the Savoy, London
Vasilios is a bright example of “success is a choice”. After his training with our Lead trainer Stathis, he expressed his desire to travel abroad and continue his career as a Butler in one of the most prestigious hotels in London. Epitome has created strong bonds with leading hotels in the industry and continues to honour its promise to provide the hotels with trusting personnel. Vasilios has managed to establish his position at The Savoy with great feedback from his team.

Thanos is one of Epitome’s greater success stories. Thanos followed a tailor-made Mega Yacht Course since his goal was to pursue a career in the yachting industry as a hotel manager. He has worked in several Mega Yachts, and he has showcased his talent working with some of the most demanding yacht owners in the world.
